• Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) comes from the Evening Primrose plant. It grows wild throughout the world and loves dry rocky riverbeds. On a late summers day thousands of their bright yellow flowers can be seen coming out in the early evening. Itâs from the seeds that this plant derives it nutritive/medicinal benefits. Primarily from North America, the Native Americans used the seeds for food and made poultices from the whole plant.

Contraindications

• The main contraindication is blood thinners and epilepsy.
