Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at info@maxhealthstore.co.nz or phone on 09 4755779 within 7 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Returns made without authorization may be refused.

Returns are accepted based on the reason for return and are the decision of MAX Health Store.
Returns are by authorization by MAX Health Store only, please make sure you have contacted us first.

How to Process a Return or Credit
Please contact us with your intention to return a product before you send it, so we can determine the nature of the return, the return time period will start from when we reply to your email. We will inform you of the return procedure by email.

Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to MAX Health Store at the customer’s expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

You will get a reply within 24 hours of emailing us (weekdays only).
IMPORTANT: During summertime months many products (such as Probiotics and food) will be exposed to heat if left outside in the sunshine. If you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the courier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbour’s house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a refrigerated climate (particularly probiotics). We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.

Promotional Items (Free Gifts) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.
