• Grown wild in Chile and South Africa, this oil contains 80% essential fatty acids (EFA's) - predominantly linoleic (40-46%) and linolenic (33-40%), but also oleic (15-17%) and palmitic (3-4%) fatty acids.
• Rosehip oil is said to have very good regenerative, restructuring, softening, moisturising and film forming properties. It is often recommended for scars and spots and is used in softening, regenerative and moisturising products for damaged, mature and delicate skin and hair.
• Shelf life: Rosehip Oil is slow to go rancid; users can expect a shelf life of 6 Months to 1 Year with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
